Mandate Provide customer-focused business solutions, services management and I&IT strategy and planning to: • Lieutenant Governor’s Office • Premier’s Office • Cabinet Office • Ministry of Energy • Ministry of Infrastructure • Ministry of Finance (including Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Ontario Financing Authority and former Ministry of Revenue)

CAC values • Contain costs, support innovation, make strategic investments • Multi-year roadmaps for client portfolios • Standard service offerings for managed file transfers, automated income verification, imaging, collaboration and business intelligence/data warehouses • Rightsizing of tax system and use in support of consolidated collections and potentially benefits administration • Think and act laterally to deliver the right services while governing without undue delays • Manage information as well as technology

CAC’s organizational structure Jim Hamilton, CIO Andrew Miljanovski (A) (James Boyle) Head, Strategy, Planning and Services Stephen Webb Head, Customer Solutions Delivery • I&IT management support for Revenue, Finance, Cabinet Office, Energy, Infrastructure, Premier’s Office, Lieutenant Governor’s Office • Leadership in the planning, design, development and implementation of business solutions • Business Relationship Management • Development of new and enhanced applications and websites • IT support of application and website portfolio including day-to-day systems operations, incident management and problem resolution, and changes to existing systems • Leadership in the planning, design, development and implementation of business solutions in support of the Benefits Transformation Initiative. • Provides strategic, proactive leadership in the use of information technology to enable business agendas through Project Management, Strategic Planning, • Performance Management, Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, Information Management, Service Management, I&IT Security and Business Continuity Planning • Ensures alignment with all corporate information and information technology directives and policies • Offers IT procurement support to our clients and provides internal administrative support and financial controllership • Monitors and manages the externally provided infrastructure delivery relationships
