  3. What is science? • The study of nature and it’s surroundings • The study of how things work • Living things • Chemical reactions

Embryo Transfer • A process that removes fertilized eggs from a female and places them in another female who carries them until birth • Being used by the livestock industry to improve the quality of their animals • Superior females are now able to produce more offspring than if they were to carry the embryo the full term
