  4. Vendor • Our company sells candy and chocolates from around the world. • Customers are able to experience a different variety of treats that will provide a tasty, sweet satisfaction.

  5. SalesForce for Small Business • The CRM that we will be using is SalesForce for Small Business

Business Process • To keep a collection of data on customers and what items they have purchased. • To be able to view Inventory and order more supplies • To be able to chart what accounts are current and outstanding for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable • To generate documents to see sales, operation costs, expenses, to project growth, and to see areas of improvement.

Who will use SalesForce • Customers will be able to access our website to view items, see sales promotions, place orders, offer suggestions and improvements. • The Owner, The CEO, CFO, Controller can generate reports to see sales, operation costs, Inventory. • Controller, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable can have access to Customer Data, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

It has cloud-based applications, upgrades are automatic, and I can customize to meet the needs of our business
