These students are considered as non-resident students.
Out of State Public Colleges/Universities • Public university systems will charge “non-resident” students a higher tuition, but that “non-resident” tuition is still comparable to “California Resident” tuition at the CSU/UC’s. This makes these a good option for our students (especially due to the bad financial problems our California public universities are in). State Estimated Costs • Arizona State $32,071 • Cal State East Bay $23,691 (living on campus) • Ohio State $32,940 • Oregon State $32,886 • Texas State $26,372 • UC Berkeley $27,874 (living on campus) • Washington $35,230 Please Note: AZ, Oregon, Washington schools will be cheaper due to WUE – will talk about in a later slide **Taken from Big Future.Org
