3. Incorporation of MGCAC as a tax free entity MGCAC members to seek approval from their governing bodies to join the MGCAC corporation. Mayor Reichert to file incorporation papers once MGCAC members have approved joining the corporation. Following incorporation, the members can consider the draft by-laws and operating agreement. To Do: Survey members on progress in getting approvals from their governing bodies.

4. Clean Air Projects Work with Georgia DOT and Georgia EPD to initiate the bid process for approved projects and secure vehicles for the region Georgia DOT has finalized contracts Projects are moving forward

5. Energy Efficiency Pilot Project Pilot Project Concept: Each MGCAC member selects one public building to audit. MGCAC partners with Georgia Power and Oglethorpe Power to conduct audits. If necessary, MGCAC issues RFP to secure private-sector assistance with audits. Build a public awareness campaign around the audit and energy efficiency improvement process.

Energy Efficiency Pilot Project • Georgia Power and Oglethorpe Power will identify which municipal and county governments they serve • Georgia Power and Oglethorpe Power will identify existing energy audit programs • The Clark Group will work with MEAG Power to identify municipal and county governments MEAG serves in Middle Georgia

7. Energy Efficiency Pilot Project • Following completion of the energy audits, MGCAC and The Clark Group will work with municipal and county governments to implement cost-effective energy efficiency improvements. • Georgia Power and Oglethorpe Power will provide assistance with this process where appropriate.

8. Membership Participation in MGCAC Improve membership participation in the MGCAC Agreed to talk to two non-participating cities to ask whether they want to remain in the MGCAC. To Do: Vote to amend articles to exclude entities that do not wish to participate.

9. Document MGCAC successes Document the successes of the MGCAC to be used to brief regulators and potential funders Compiled list of accomplishments of MGCAC, MGCCC and MGCAC members. Circulated at December meeting. Finalize and use as basis for outreach efforts.

10. Brochures Ozone and public health brochure – Draft Complete Outreach brochure for federal agencies and Members of Congress – In process. The Clark Group is editing a current draft. The Clark Group will work with the Middle Georgia Regional Commission on brochure layout and the possibility of covering the costs internally. To Do: Review draft ozone and public health brochure and provide feedback to The Clark Group

11. Brief New Members of Congress Brief new members of Congress on the activities of the MGCAC and the importance of the ozone issue in Middle Georgia.

12. Green Corridors Green Corridor meeting on February 10, 2011. The Clark Group invited a Roger Southall to talk about AireDock truck stop electrification technology.
