SGS Certificate Requirements ofClub Licensing Quality Standard(Version 2.0) 5 categories: МА – Manual; RE – resources; DO – documents; IR – review and development; CP – core process. 2 levels: Level 1 – mandatory requirements to meet with the attestation by the independent certification body (34 requirements). Level 2 – meeting with the additional requirements to get the certificate ISO 9001:2000 (6 requirements). АБФФ

15. SGS Certificate According to audit held by the independent certification body the following rules shall be applied If the licensor up to the day of audit: - fully meets the requirements of level 1, certificate is issued or its validity is prolonged; - does not comply with any requirements of level 1, deadline for corrective measures is set and decisionto issue certificate or to prolong its validity is postponed to apply corrective measures and to hold assessment by auditor; АБФФ

16. SGS Certificate - No compliance with one of the following requirement of level 1, certificate is automatically refused or its validity is canceled. Corrective measures concerning these requirements can only be done until the following club licensing process: • МА.02 – developed and approved rules of the national club licensing system; • МА.06 – structure, independence and qualification of decision making bodies; • МА.07 – decision-making procedure; • RE.01 – confidentiality; • RE.02 – independence; • СР.03 – Notification of licensing decision to UEFA.
