  3. Updates • Adult Literacy manual approved and printed now ADRA is still waiting for the of the adult literacy Policy to be approved . • EFA evaluation meeting Community involvement group highlights challenges in the fields to be advocated for around MINEDUC

  4. Updates • Good progress in working with Community Educations workers ( MVP ) • Reading clubs volunteers set up by Umuhuza Organizations in Gicumbi • Study visit conducted to Umuhuza Organization in Gicumbi • Study visit to PTC trained by Concern Worldwide in Karongi District

  5. Issues • Less parents level of involvements and understanding • Feed back on the Ministerial order on the Functioning of the School General Assembly

  6. Recommendations • Follow up on new Law for SEOs • Meeting parents in community • Improve communication with JADF and other local level in general To add the soft activities on the DDP plan

  7. Recommendation C’tnd • Follow up on the Ministerial Order on PTC roles and responsibilities • Follow up on EFA reports on recommendations submitted by CIWG
