BRAND HISTORY NEW TYRE BRAND FROM THE TRADITIONAL EUROPEAN TYRE PLANT 1935 FACTORY FOUNDATION The factory - where STRIALtyres are produced - has been found in 1935 to produce rubber products 1974 BFGOODRICHAGREEMENTS In 1974 a licence agreement than in 1978 a joint venture agreementwas signed with BFGoodrich 2013 STRIAL The new brand was developedin the second half of 2013based on new market trends and modern consumer needs 1959 TYRE PRODUCTION Tyre production started in 1959. In 1972 the first radial tyre was produced. 1997 MICHELIN NORTH AMERICA In 1997 a joint venture agreement has been signed with Michelin North America to renew licence agreement and to provide commercial cooperation. The cooperation with Michelin led to the foundation of the joint company, where in 2007 Michelin became the majority owner.
