S.W.I.F.T. code • A code for international payments • 8-11 characters • 4 characters – bank code (only letters) • 2 characters – country code (only letters) • 2 characters – location code (letters and digits) • 3 characters – branch code (optional, letters and digits
Travellers´ cheques • A security which entitles the drawee or the holder to withdraw money in a bank
Travellers´ cheques must contain: • The words „traveller´s cheque“ • An order or promise to pay a certain amount of money to the drawee or the holder • The name of the drawer or the company and their signature
