ESTATE VARIETALS MALBEC 2010 Variety: 100% Malbec Terroir: Maipú MENDOZA Our vineyards are just 90 mts away from the winery Technical information Alcohol: 13,8 Sug.Red. 2,37 pH: 3,3 Tasting notes: Deep red color , describes a fruity and spicy nose of berries, plums and prunes. The mouth is fresh with a high ph, that makes it fell as a very young wine balanced and soft tannins finish. You can also get some leather aromas on the after palate Pairing: Any meat or pasta dish will love to be paired with this wine. Also has a great acidity specially for tomato based pasta dishes.

ESTATE VARIETALS CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2010 Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Terroir: Maipú MENDOZA Our vineyards are just 700 mts away from the winery Technical information Alcohol: 13,7 Sug.Red. 3,04 pH: 3,7 Tasting notes: Full ruby color with an expressive nose of red and dark berries, violet, cassis, and a hint of cedar. In the mouth, it is full bodied with rich notes of blackcurrant and spice. Extremely well balanced with supple tannins and a long finish. Pairing: Serve with any red meats, and especially lamb or game…..beautiful with cheeses

  3. 90 PTS ESTATE VARIETALS TORRONTES 2010 Variety: 100% Torrontés Terroir: Famatina Valley La Rioja - Argentina Technical information Alcohol: 13.5 % Total acidity: 6.4 g/l pH: 3.30 Tasting notes: Full transparent pallid yellow color with an expressive nose of flowers and some citric aromas. In the mouth, it is fresh and longer bodied than a Chardonnay with rich notes of peach and fresh grapes Exotic wine made in Mendoza with grapes harvested in La Rioja province. Pairing: Serve with any fish, and specially with Tai food or Chinese food
