Accountability 101 aims to streamline reporting processes in educational institutions, focusing on assessment of instructional programs, budget narrative reports, strategic planning reviews, and quality enhancement program reports. Transitioning to this system involves challenges, such as adapting to new structures and involving faculty support and engagement. This initiative establishes a foundation by working with executive officers, academic and vocational chairs, deans, and directors to enhance accountability based on key questions. Utilizing a SWOT process and feedback mechanisms, Accountability 101 promotes transparency and efficiency in educational reporting.
