Knox, KY • “9:00 a.m. Shotgun Start” “Tournament Sign-In 7:30 – 8:40 a.m.” FORMAT: 4-Person Scramble – “Captain’s Choice” Registration / Entry Deadline: April 18, 2013 (Limited to the first 144 golfers – 36 teams) • ENTRY FEE: • $85 per person ($340 per Team). Includes: green fees, required cart, continental breakfast, lunch, gift bag, prizes, and more! • (NOTE: Members of Lindsey Golf Course: $10 less.) PRIZES AWARDED FOR: 1st, 2nd , 3rd , & 18th Place Teams; Men’s & Women’s Longest Drive; Men’s & Women’s Closest to the Pin; $10,000 “Hole-in-One” Hole; and Door Prizes REGISTRATION: Please call one of the following POCs to sign-up:
