  3. The Location Cades Cove is located in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park In Eastern Tennessee

  4. The Evolution of Cades Cove • Cades Cove evolved over 400 million years ago. • Old mountains were pushed up over limestone. • A shallow sea was formed. • Later streams drained away the sea. • A fertile valley is what remains.
