ICT as an enabler of global business strategies. • Relatively low productivity level of economies is a barrier of integration of CEE/NIS region countries into global markets. • Productive use of Information and communication technologies speeds up global markets access and facilitates trade flows. • Pilot Project • UNIDO in cooperation with the Government of Poland launched High - Tech Regional Programme to increase Industrial e-Productivity and Quality among SMEs of CEE/NIS countries.
