DATA DISTRIBUTION POLICY MODALITIES FOR ARCHIVED PRODUCTS (> 3 months), P, S10 MVC and S10 BDC (D10) • Same access for all users (scientific and non-scientific users) • Two access systems • on-line access via www.free.vgt.vito.be for S10 MVC (and shortly D10): free of charge. Condition : as specified on the web. • nominal CTIV for P, S10 and D10 products: under COFUR principle (COst of Fulfilling User Request). One condition: delivery time on the best effort basis and depending on the production capacity of the CTIV.

DATA DISTRIBUTION POLICY MODALITIES FOR NEAR REAL TIME PRODUCTS (< 3 months), P, S1, S10 MVC and S10 BDC (D10) • Two categories of customers • scientific users (including all projects carried out or funded by programme partners): access by nominal CTIV, under the COFUR scheme with two access conditions • delivery time based on best effort basis depending on the production capacity of CTIV • only after submission to and approval by the VEGETATION Scientist of a request form • other users: commercial access to the products through nominal CTIV using the official price list without condition. • all products can be delivered to any user, whatever its category, without conditions if the user is buying the product at the official price.
