Action Plan of EIRC for 2012 • Higher Students Registration • Better Communication system • Extensive Career Awareness Drive • Building relations with State Governments , Chambers of Commerce and Universities of Eastern Region • Better coordination and joint activities with Chapters • Development of Infrastructure • Extensive PR activities

OUR PR ACTIVITIES • Developing relations with Universities, LawColleges and B-Schools by conducting meetings and inviting them at different programmes. • CSR activities at schools , colleges for different segment of society under the banner ICSI • Continuous and regular interviews with press and electronic media • Extensive investor awareness programmes at different places • Taking drive to popularizeSecretarial Standards

Major Programmes of EIRC in 2012 • Felicitation of President, Vice President-ICSI and Annual Get together • Regional Members’ Conference of EIRC • Regional / National Conference of CS in Practice • One day Conference (with eminent speakers and personalities of national level as Chief Guests): • Regional Students’ Conference: • Half-day Workshops & on regular basis • Study Circle Meetings

  5. COMPANY LAW & CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SEBI , CAPITAL MARKET AND MSMEs FINANCE & BANKING GENERAL MANAGEMENT / SELF DEVELOPMENT NBFC DUE DELIGENCE DIRECT TAX INDIRECT TAX FEMA COMPETITION LAW PROGRAMMES TO COVER THE AREAS

  6. ANNUAL SCHEME FOR ATTENDINGPROGRAMMES EIRC TARGETS TO BRING 200 REGISTRATION UNDER CORPORATE SCHEME FOR 2012 FROM MEMBERS AND STUDENTS

  7. Computerisation and development of infrastructure EIRC will go for: * Refurnishing of Building and Infrastructural Development for effective use and brand building. * Development of Portal in website. * transparent system of work.

  8. STUDENTS ACTIVITY • Continuous training Programmes • Cultural Activities to create social bond • Providing best coaching • Creation of Help Desk for students • Organising Students’ Conference

  9. LIBRARY • Reading Room open for students & members. • Lending facility for students and members • No. of seats: 32 • Newspapers and magazines subscription . • Library will be made updated with useful books . • Instalation of computer and udates in e form • Cataloguing system for better use.

  10. Proposal for constitution of Chapters EIRC proposes to have New Chapters constituted at: • Siliguri /Jalpaiguri - in West Bengal • Shillong- in Meghalaya

  11. EIRC Proposes to have Examination Centre at: HOWRAH

  12. EIRC IS KEEN TO HAVE TRANSPARENT SYSTEM AND PARTICIPATION OF ALL TO BUILT UP A PLATFORM FOR ACHIEVING EXCELLENCE THANK YOU
