  4. Teaching context (2) • Does my school or institution… • provide language teachers with useful on-the-job training? • support didactic research in foreign languages? • invest in new hardware, educational software or technological devices?

  5. As a language teacher... • am I a ‘doer’ or a ‘thinker’? More a ‘thinker’ than a ‘doer’? Or both at the same time? • am I generally satisfied with my students’ average output? • what language skills do I want my students to develop? • how much importance do I give to learning technologies to improve the teaching/learning process?
