Critical Dates • 18th Feb- March 2nd : Early Feedback from Partners. • 7th March: Sportivate Planning/Delivery Arrangements Form submission. • 8th – 18th March :Assessment and approval. • April 1st: Delivery of Year 1 plan starts (optional). • 16th May : Year 1 Sportivate Plan submission. • 17th May -14th June: Assessment and approval. • 1st July :Delivery of Sportivate starts. • KPI Submissions : 28th October 2011 • 27th April 2012 • 1st February 2012 : Year 2 Sportivate Plan submission • 2ndfeb - 2nd March 2012: Assessment and approval Page 31

Sport Unlimited in Bedfordshire Lessons Learnt through the delivery of Sport Unlimited and other programmes: • Initially, “.....pick from the lowest hanging fruit.....” • Simple is good. • Activity has to be deliverable. • Projects have to be needed and driven locally. • Size of population alone is not an indication of need. • Feedback on GBI/16-19
