  3. Buying & Downloading Kindle Content • Make sure your Kindle Fire is connected wirelessly. To learn more, go to Connect to Wi-Fi. • To visit the Kindle Store, tap Books, and then tap Store.

  4. When you are ready to purchase a title, tap the Buy button to purchase a book. • After you purchase a book, it automatically downloads to your Kindle Fire. The content is also stored in your content library

  5. Syncing to the furthest page read If Whispersync is disabled, you can manually sync your book to the furthest page read.

  6. Make sure that your device is connected to a wireless network. • While reading, tap the center of the screen, tap Go to, and then tap Sync to Furthest Page Read.

  7. Explore Books with X-Ray on Kindle Fire • While reading, tap the center of the screen, and then tap X-Ray.
