Joint Venture Purpose • Kohl Asset Management (KAM) and Brightside Consulting (BRIGHTSIDE) share a common commitment to provide a range of sales, operational and management consulting services to senior living/multi-family providers and financiers, nationally. • KAM and BRIGHTSIDE intend to work together across the continuum of senior living and housing operators and financiers to provide these services through a coordinated, best-efforts process.

JOINT SERVICES Services Capability • KAM is a seasoned post acute, senior living and multi-family provider and consultant with a commitment to high quality comprehensive operations management services. • BRIGHTSIDE is a seasoned sales and marketing consultant with a commitment to high quality, comprehensive sales, marketing and revenue management services. • KAM and BRIGHTSIDE serve clients of the geriatric care and living industry and intend to work together to provide a continuum of services to these said same potential clients that includes skilled nursing, sub-acute rehab, long-term-care, respite, hospice and home health services, assisted living, personal care, residential care, acute/physician services, senior apartments, senior community based organizations and any financial services firm that provides services to this same industry.

We work internationally in the Far East.
