City with nice • green areas, great artistic and cultural tradition. • Its Cathedral, Museum of Human Evolution ... HOW DO YOU ARRIVE • Burgos has a privileged geographic situation. Main road junction between northern and southern Spain, Portugal and elsewhere in Europe. Connection point of the main Spanish and European economic areas. • You can access to the city by train, bus or flight. The Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas International Airport is two hours of Burgos.

CREER NEAR TO NICE URBAN GREEN AREA AND THE REAL MONASTERIO DE LAS HUELGAS… The State Reference Center for people with rare diseases and their families in Burgos, is an advanced center for the promotion, development and dissemination of information, innovative experiences and methods of caring for people with rare diseases, and a highly specialized center in care and support to families and caregivers on prevention, promotion of personal autonomy and social participation of people with these diseases and developing their ends.

  10. Thank you for the interest shown to the State Reference Center for Assistance to People with rare diseases and their families Some of you visited the Centre in 2010. You have known the work we do. Our main goal is to improve the quality of life of people affected by rare disease and their families. We provide services and specialized care. We are very delighted to invite you to participate in the CREER programs. Among the possible collaborations that we may have: The Meetings Programs offers the possibility that people affectted and their families can stay in the center, share activities plus combining activities such as Conferences, Assemblies, Meetings ... We offer the possibility to develop an Euro- HSP Meeting. One goal to the Reference Center is to support and promote networking, the possibility of hosting a European meeting level, meets our guidelines.
