  1.           Activators of viral infections.Ortho-and paramyxoviruses, and their characteristics and laboratory diagnosis.

A place of carrying out of practice, equipment. • - Dept. of Microbiology -to conduct practical exercises: a set of dyes used in staining bacteria -microscopes, pipettes, test tubes, spirit lamps, slides, tripods. culture of microbes grown on nutrient medium,-gun new information technology, equipment demonstrations, slides, videos. • -TCB: Projector, slide, television, video.

  3. Duration of employment • - 3hours (class periods) -135 minutes

  4. The employment purpose •         Give general concept of microorganisms that cause viral infection waist •         Give an idea of the classification of organisms causing virus infection waist. •         Give an idea of the kinds of microorganisms that cause viral infection waist. •         Give an idea on LABOR Athorne diagnosis of viral infections. •         Explain the principles of registration in the laboratory journal and technique of taking material from patients. •         Give information on choosing nutrient media for culturing pathogens of viral infections. •         Give the term "identification" of microorganisms and methods of laboratory diagnosis of viral infections. •         Provide information on prevention and treatment of viral diseases.

Task of teachers • - Teach students about apart all viruses, to distinguish them from all properties • - Teach students to put the correct diagnosis to the patient • - Give students information about virological and serological studies of viruses that cause influenza and parainfluenza, evaluation • - To provide information about what the culture media need to isolate pure cultures of the above viruses, identification • - To provide information about the prevention of viral diseases

Tasks • Student should know: •         Classification and types of microorganisms that cause viral infection waist •         Properties of microorganisms causing virus infection waist •         Types and differences from each other microorganisms that cause viral infection waist •         Pathogenesis of diseases caused by pathogens of viral infections •         Methods of laboratory diagnosis of wound infections and the rules for their identification •         Procedure for treatment and prevention activities
