  5. How could it be better? • It could be better if;- we had less limitations about scheduling meetings.- we had spent more time individually- we had more motivation on this project.

  6. Motivation On Project • The biggest problem in our case- It is a fact which can not be disregarded. • Consolation point- We had the chance to work with people we never worked with before.

  7. Multi-Cultural Team Members • Would it give better results to have team members with the same cultural background • We do not think so;- We had no communication problem.- We had different point of views.- We had different people with different capabilities in team.
