Building & Safety • A description of any hazardous materials regulated by the International Building Code (IBC) or the International Fire Code used in product processing or refining, and the quantity and method of storage of those hazardous materials
Building & Safety (Continued) • For cultivation and production facilities, an odor control concept plan prepared by Nevada licensed mechanical engineer, environmental engineer, or similar professional discipline stating: • The approach and equipment to be utilized to contain, absorb and neutralize all odors emanating from the property • The field testing procedures to be used to verify that no odors are emanating from the property
Building & Safety (Continued) • Scenario 1: DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DETERMINES PROPOSED USE IS MORE HAZARDOUS THAN THE EXISTING USE BASED UPON THE IBC • ANALYSIS OF BUIDLING BASED UPON EITHER CHAPTER 34 OF THE INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE OR THE INTERNATIONAL EXISTING BUILDING CODE (Cultivation is A Group F-1 Occupancy; Dispensary is A Group M Occupancy; Production may be a Group F-1 or H Occupancy depending on type and quantity of hazardous materials used or stored in the building)

Building & Safety (Continued) • Scenario 2: DESIGN PROFESSIONAL DETERMINES THE PROPOSED USE IS EQUAL TO OR LESS RESTRICTIVE THAN THE EXISTING USE BASED ON THE INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE • PROVIDE A LETTER FROM THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL STATING: • OCCUPANCY AND USE CLASSIFICATION OF EXISTING BUILDING • OCCUPANCY AND USE CLASSIFICATION OF PROPOSED USE (Cultivation is an F-1 Occupancy; Dispensary is a Group M Occupancy; Production may be a Group F-1 or H Occupancy depending on type and quantity of hazardous materials used or stored in the building) End
