After analyzing our five (5) year trend I have found the following: The number of incidences have remained flat but we have improved greatly since 11/12. 2. Our highest type of incident is slip, trips, and falls. The number of incidences have remained flat. 3. The reporting of our claims has been ½ report only. 4. We have fewer claims than we had last year. 5. We have a higher than average number of incidences for new hire employees (1-3 years)
