3. What is the Student 360? Student 360 offers parents, students online access to student information via the Web on PCs or tablets or on a smartphone application — providing comprehensive functionality with a touch-friendly, intuitive interface. The Tyler SIS Student 360 portal provides access to the full view of student information, including: • Announcements • Homework assignments • Attendance • Notification Preferences • Immunization, medication and nurse visit records • Real-time grade book and report card grades • Online registration  Student 360 provides data in real time to authorized users such as students, parents, and guardian through an easy-to-use application.

5. Parent Requirements Parent/Guardian will need to fill out the User Agreement Form, ensure parent has an email on the SIS, and a verification of ID is required.

6. How to access Student 360? Parents can access the Student 360 on this SISD Website, under the Parents tab, and clicking “Tyler Student 360”.

7. How to access the Student 360? Parent will able to use the same username from Parent Portal to the Student 360

8. Announcements The Student 360 has the capability to allow to display announcement to parents, prior to the parent entering in the 360. School and District announcements can display.

9. Navigation Bar Year Icon will allow parent to switch academic school years. Student Icon will display student associated to the parent account. Menu Icon will display the tiles on the home screen in a “List” style. User Icon will allow parents to change password. Language Icon will allow parent to switch the default English preference to another language (Spanish) Home Icon will navigate the parent to the home screen.

11. Highlights: Course Schedule Tile On the Course Schedule tile by current, term, year view. This will allow the parent to email the teacher, view assignments, attendance, marking period grades, and course information, by course.

12. Highlights: Heath Tile On the Health tile, it will allow the parent to view immunizations, medication, Health visits, listed doctors, and insurance.

13. COMING SOON: Update Household Data The Update Household Data tile will allow parents to update contact information without having to fill out documents at their child's school. This feature will be available to parents after online registration. Parent will be directed to the Student 360 to update/add emergency contacts.

15. Purpose This process will allow parents to verify student data, update contact information, complete yearly required registration forms, and acknowledge/review critical district information and policies

16. Online Registration Tile All tiles on the Student 360 are interactive to the user. The online registration tile will display the status of the User (parent) of their registration progress.
