Making Congressional Appointments • Call the Scheduler - Capitol switchboard at 202-225-3121 (House) or 202-224-3121 (Senate) • Webform Might Be Required • 9:00 am-3:00 pm on May 24th • Try and Schedule Meetings with ALL Legislators, Even if Your State Doesn’t Have a Constituent Attending • 20 Minutes to Walk Between the House and Senate Office Buildings • If They Ask, the Issues Are: Federal Tax Treatment of Insurance & Health/Employer-Provided Benefits • Double Check the Times & Locations of All Appointments before May 24th
