  2. 2011 IP & B Survey Survey is conducted annually to assess governance structure Results are reviewed by a summer IP&B task force Recommendations are given to PaRC in fall

Quick History • 2009-2010 – New governance structure and handbook put in place • Survey in June 2010 led to recommendations to PaRC put forth by the summer IP&B task force • 2010-2011 – Adjusted governance structure features core mission workgroups and more program review and ESMP information presented to PaRC

  5. Observations: • Increase from last year in Assessing and Reflecting on SLOs • Increase in writing and discussion of program review plans • decrease in discussion/prioritization of resource requests

  10. Observation: • 55.5% compared to 24% last year responded with Strongly Agree or Agree with the first statement.

  11. Summer Task Force Topics • Review the charge of OPC and the Resource Allocation Process • Examine the creation of a "program review committee” • Program Review, including Program Discontinuance process Tentative first meeting: July 13 at 11:30 a.m.
