Christian Arts Festival – Reach We know the 2016 Christian Arts Festival reached thousands of people in Cheltenham and beyond. Attendees came fromas far afield as Germany, Kent and across the South West. 20,000 brochures were distributed byGlide Media and partnership churches.480 Twitter followers and 378Facebook likes. Media interest included: • 8 features in the Gloucestershire Echo •Double page spread in Cotswold Life • Editorial in The Lady magazine and Good News • Coverage on BBC Radio 2 Good Morning Sunday with Claire Balding • 5 interviews on BBC Radio Gloucestershire • Features on Radio Winchcombe
Festival Highlights Saturday 22 April 2017 Big Sing 17 • Cheltenham Town Hall BBC Songs of Praise Musical Director David Ogden will again lead 120 participants from churches and two community choirs, Midlifechoirsis and Cheltenham Youth Choir and a 35-piece orchestra. Sunday 7 May 2017 The London Community Gospel Choir Festival Finale • Trinity Church From high-profile venues like Wembley Stadium to their recent triumph at the BBC Promsin July 2016 at the Royal Albert Hall, their position as one of the world’s leading Gospel choirs remains unrivalled.
