Virginia Recreational Trails Fund Program

The Cabin Creek Trail project in Virginia aims to connect Crystal Lake, Mathis Park, Patrick Copeland Elementary, and Hopewell High School. The trail will enhance walking access and serve the entire community by linking multiple recreational facilities and subdivisions. This master plan, part of the VDOT Urban Project, will extend to Atwater Park and the Soccer Complex, fostering a comprehensive network of trails and bike lanes by 2002.
