Written and Oral Communication • I have improved in my referencing skills, this has taken some time spent reading through the APA referencing guide but I am getting there. • In terms of oral communication I have been much more open in my expression of personal opinion at work and in my daily life. • I have learnt how to use different formats for presenting work and presentations: soundcloud & wikispaces. Information Literacy Skills • I have extended my research for work at university and have broadened my reading material, gaining information from more than a couple of sources. • I have been using a study plan -particularly to plan assignments.
