  1. Opportunity Cost Review game (aka People of World History, Semester 2 mixed with an economics lesson on opportunity cost)

  2. But first, a word from the creator of the Alexander the great video

  3. Worried about what to study? Broadly speaking, there are 16 key figures covered in the exam next week. Today we will utilize the economic principle of “opportunity cost” by using a limited time to gain information on the topics while knowing that other topics will be available from others later.

  4. We saw these back in January. These are all of the kanji that a 1st grade student would be expected to know. Opportunity Cost

  5. These are all of the kanji that a 2nd grade student would be expected to know. Opportunity cost

  6. These are all of the kanji that a 3rd grade student would be expected to know. If you only had ten minutes alone, you wouldn’t have time to study it all. Opportunity cost (roughly) is focusing on what you can do best and trading that information with others to get it all. Opportunity cost

  7. You have fourteen minutes! Fill in the boxes as best you can. Feel free to talk with other students so that you aren’t writing down something they already have. After fourteen minutes, we will be able to copy from each other, but we will not be able to use the books. Go!

  8. Stop!Put theTEXTbooksback in thecabinet! • Didn’t get them all? • Don’t cry! • That’s what the rest of class is for! • You may travel the room trading facts with other students. • When you trade a fact with someone, write your trading partner’s name here.
