NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT GMS81C7016/81C7008/87C7016 8-BIT CMOS SINGLE CHIP MICROCONTROLLER INTRODUCTION : HEI is proud to extend its Microcontroller product line offerings by introducing the GMS81C7016/81C7008/87C7016 8-bit CMOS Microcontrollers(MCUs). These 8-bit Microcontrollers each have 16K/8Kbyte Mask ROM/ 16Kbyte EPROM on chip and available in 64SDIP/QFP/52SDIP/QFP . Also the GMS87C7016 is supported by a full-featured macro assembler, an in-circuit emulator CHOICE-Dr. WHAT IS IT? HEI’s 8-bit Microcontrollers(GMS81C7016/81C7008/87C7016) can be used in LCD application such as Rice Cooker, Medical Equipment, DVM, Caller ID, Electric balance, Measure Equipment etc. Actually HEI’s 8-Bit Microcontrollers are suitable for segment LCD application not for Dot LCD application. Currently, LCD application is on the increase in consumer market. FPO(Factory Programmed OTP) : GMS87C7016 can be delivered as FPO Product.
