Why backup: Backing up your PDA is critical. A Backup can be used to restore applications and any valuable information on the PDA in the event that you forget to charge the PDA unit. When to backup your PDA: If you are using the Address Book or the Calender, try to backup at least once a week and after any major changes to the information kept on the PDA.
Select the DataBackup application. You may need to scroll up or down the page with the slider bar on the right of the screen.
The top option should be Backup (All). If not, use the pull down menu to select that option. Use the pull down menu to select the SD card as the Destination. Tap Start Button
If this text box pops up - don’t panic - it means that not all applications have been shut down.
Select Settings in the pull down Start menu and select the Memory. Select the Running Programs tab at the bottom. Highlight by tapping the running program and tap the Stop button.
Working Go back and close any open applications Click OK
