  10. IV. CONTENT: An introduction to the NJROTC program, its goals and objectives. Instruction in Naval Leadership, uniform wear, and terminology. Where students of more than level placement are enrolled in this course, the workload will be adjusted and grading procedures modified to meet the needs and abilities of the individual cadet.
