CAWBO'S MISSION From FASA in 1994 to December 2000 Legislation, the mission is clear and reinforced: lIncrease Federal Contracting to WOSB to at least 5% in both prime and subcontract dollars. lWork with agencies to increase the percentage of contract dollars awarded to WOSB. lIncrease the number of WOSB and women's organizations registered in PRO-Net and involved in federal contracting.
