(“APCO”) hereby propose amending Parts 68 and 64 of the Commission’s Rules to improve compatibility of Private Branch Exchanges (“PBXs”) and other Multi-Line Telephone Systems (“MLTS”) with enhanced 9-1-1 (“E9-1-1”) emergency calling systems. The proposal is attached as Exhibit A.
