Depends on the work/activity? • What framework/s best characterize/s your team’s approach? • Spiral, practitioner spiral, waterfall, modified waterfall, agile, concurrent, evolutionary, incremental, iterative, incremental commitment model, other? • How are decisions made? • Are you doing anything to foster collaboration and negotiation? • How are you supporting team coordination and common ground? • How are you documenting decisions, rationale, and progress? How are you establishing traceability?
