Qualifications for Housing Workers • L2 Certificate in Housing Practice • L2 Certificate in Housing Maintenance • L3 Certificate & Diploma in Housing Practice • L3 Certificate in Housing Maintenance • L3 Certificate in Supporting Homeless People • L3 Certificate in Housing Services • L4 Certificate & Diploma in Housing Practice • L4 Certificate For the Housing Profession • L4 Certificate in Managing Responsive Repairs

  4. Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice 27 credits Three core units 12 credits Three pathway units 9 credits Two optional units 6 credits Diploma in Housing Practice 39 credits Complete a further four optional units 12 credits in addition to the above pathway

  5. Qualifications in Supported Housing • Asset Skills has published occupational standards in Supported Housing • CIH will take the standards and develop qualifications. • Need to consult on how these qualifications will be designed. • Publish new qualifications by end of year.
