  1. Summer Task • Your task is to collect images and fabrics relating to the theme of “Tea Party”. • The wider range you collect the better. You may want to look specifically at Vintage, Mad Hatter’s Tea party, Candy Colours, British Tea Party, the choice is yours. • Your collection could include: • Own photographs of food, tea cups, tea pots, etc. • Vintage fabrics – florals, stripes etc • Lace • Magazine and internet images • Decorative papers • Examples of artists’work • We will use these to create a mood board in your sketch book in September. You must bring everything you have collected to your first Textiles lesson in September. You will need an A4 sketch book which you can buy from us at £3.50, or you may purchase your own.
