Education First Opportunity Scholarship This is the introduction of a new scholarship program. The program is a hybrid between an academic scholarship requiring a minimum 3.00 GPA and a minimum 20 ACT composite. The program also has a need based component, requiring an eligible recipient to show enough financial need to qualify for a Pell Grant. The Opportunity Scholarship will supply 100% tuition and general fee coverage, after the Pell Grant, and/or state grants, and other EMU aid have been deducted.
