  1. Speak Up Program As a company we rely on our employees who are on the front line everyday to report any possible wrongdoings concerns conflicts or issues. As a valued employee it is not only your right to report any concerns, issues or possible wrongdoings – it is your responsibility. It is also your right to do so Procedures without any fear of retaliation against you. Any issues or concerns that you report will be considered confidential and will only be disclosed to those directly affected and without any retaliation against you the reporting employee. To express a concern or suggestion, please use the following procedure: 1 Contact your immediate supervisor or manager. 2 If you do not feel comfortable speaking to your supervisor or manager, or if an answer already given does not satisfy the matter, then you may direct your concern to the next level of management. 3 At any time during this process request furthur review by contacting the company Human Resource Representative at: (740) -353-0990 or by sending an email to: www.speakupprogram@yahoo.com JAGS/WendSchmidt , Inc.
