Case for the Prediction • Negatives: • Expect bad news on financials / banks in US and Japan to continue • Possibly new issues with municipal bond rating cuts • High risk of either Chrysler or General Motors declaring bankruptcy • Positives: • The full force of the Federal Reserve rate cuts and quantitative easing is upon us • Technology, Consumer Staples, and Health Care sectors are expected to do better than other sectors • Potential positive upside if an agreement is reached to avoid General Motors bankruptcy MKD Technologies, Inc.
