  6. TOURISM DEVELOPMENT • Conduction of tourism based programs. • Preservation of natural resources. • Localized infrastructure. • Security. • Hospitality.

  7. IMPORTANCE TO YOUTH • Creation of skilled manpower • Availability of appropriate opportunities • Localization of facilities • Youth based policies
