  21. 关于漫游—Roaming Access 用户必须是Wiley授权的以IP地址控制的EAL用户； 在登录了My Profile之后，并在有效IP地址内，才可以激活漫游功能； 激活漫游功能后90天内，用户在任何地点访问WOL，只需登录进入My Profile即可访问全文, 而不受IP的限制； 90天后如果仍然需要漫游，可重新激活此功能。
