  3. Mercury’s history on its name Mercury’s name is originated from a roman god like most of the planets. The roman gods son was the god of Maia Maiestas.

  4. Mercury’s Discovery Galileo discovered Mercury. It was discovered in the 17th century using Galileo’s telescope. Galileo wasn’t looking for Mercury he was looking for other planets and happen to find it.
