Programing • Elderly (case management, citizenship class) • 126 clients from Afghanistan, Burma, Bhutan, Iraq, Iran, Cuba, Burundi, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Congo, DR Congo, Somalia, Sudan (15) • 69 female and 57 male • 6 got citizenship • 4 died and 9 moved out of arizona • ORR (case management, computer, citizenship) • 63 cases from Afghanistan, Burma, Bhutan, Iraq, Iran, Burundi, Cuba, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Congo, DR Congo, Somalia, Sudan, Palestine (16)
Programing • ESL • PCC stopped Saturdays/Sundays Classes; Volunteers continued ESL and Yoga • Computer • PPEP participants teach daily about job search, word, typing, etc. • Drivers training • Every other Saturday at 6:00 pm • Translation/interpretation • As needed • Notary Public • Notarial acknowledgments, translators competency, certified copies
Diapers and Donations • Monthly receiving donations from Diaper Bank serving 78 families from 16 countries • Baby • Adult • Donations in clothing, dishes, bedding, books, even furniture • One car was donated to one refugee family • Bear Essential news paper and Make Space for Books
Number of hours • 31664 hours of work • our budget had $111423 for salaries; Cost of one working staff/volunteer hour was $3.52 • Our overall budget was $152,485; Cost of one operational hour (staff plus operational cost) was $4.82 • We served 723 clients ; cost per client was $210
