Preparation and placement of ultraclean water targets along altitude transects in Hawaii for research on beryllium recovery. Utilizes acidic leached HDPE carboys provided by NSF/SRC Center for Environmentally Benign Semiconductor Manufacturing. Water treated with UV for TOC reduction. Research conducted at the University of Arizona's clean room facility.
