Gather your information • Gather your information and organise your ideas using a story board • Select a layout for your text and content • Enter the information, text, images, sounds and video clips you have gathered
Adding the potion • You can now make your presentation interactive by using action buttons and hyperlinks • Apply slide transitions • Custom Animations • Apply Colour schemes

Don’t Forget … • Keep it simple and use aspects to create impact – not just because they are there! • Use a master slide to set up the background and common features for each slide. • Remember who your audience are and the main purpose/message of the presentation. • Be consistent with layout, colours, fonts etc.
