  2. Welcome to the e-Health Conference 2018! We are glad you are on board to help promote e-Health 2018. In its 18th year, the e-Health conference continues to offer proactive top-quality learning and an opportunity to network with organizations and people that value quality health information as well as effective integrated system solutions.  This package will provide you with information and resources to support you in your Ambassadorship. You will receive periodic emails letting you know when updates are made to the materials. If there is anything that we could do to help you in your role, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. Here’s to the best e-Health Conference yet!

  3. Objectives: • To increase interest in and awareness of the e-Health conference • To increase engagement of conference participants prior to the conference • To increase the number of conference attendees

Host Committee:Role: • Provides oversight over all conference activity including program design, marketing, logistics and more. • Support: • Provide a toolkit that includes: • key messages/themes • important dates • visual resources such as web banners, conference slide deck, electronic badges • Provide regular updates via e-mail on the latest conference news such as speakers and conference events • Provide opportunities for ambassadors to share their messages (e.g. guest blogs on the e-Health blog)

Ambassadors Role: • Communicate through their respective social media channels • Communicate with their peers through email, newsletters, word-of-mouth, etc. • Use their own blogs and/or write guest blogs on host platforms or on the e-Health Conference website • Identify opportunities/suggestions about additional ways to promote the conference • Support through promotion and participation any pre-conference social media events such as a tweet chat

  6. Key Messages: • These messages are to support you in creating your own communication materials (e.g. email, social media, etc.).
